Return and Refund Policy
All our products (except custom watch parts and custom jewelry – see below) are backed by our unconditional warranty.
- Exchanges: Defective items can be exchanged for free (the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs).
- Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it, minus shipping and handling charges. Buyers must contact us for a return authorization number and return the item in the same condition it was received within 15 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange.
Watch accessories can be assembled. If the assembly is not suitable, you can return or exchange it. (Please note that some watch dials are made of special gemstone materials and require extra care during assembly. If the dial is damaged during the assembly process, no return or exchange will be accepted.)
Custom/personalized items are not returnable.
