Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) and in-stock orders will be shipped within one business day of purchase, but please allow 3 days for processing.
For custom products, please allow an additional 15 to 20 business days for processing. Custom products require a certain amount of processing time
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling fees and/or other charges in the country of importation. These charges are not included in the price of your order and will not be reimbursed by TT Watche.
If an international package is returned to sender, we will hold the package and notify you by email once it has been received and offer the option to purchase a re-shipment. Please note that TT Watche is not responsible for the costs of re-shipping for circumstances beyond our control.
